Mentorship

In order to provide better support for its member companies, YES Foundation has developed a mentor scheme for experience transfer by established business people to the young entrepreneurs to improve their knowledge and skills. Business areas in which the mentors specialize are: human resource management, business development, finance, administration, management, corporate communication, sales, negotiation, public relations and marketing and bellow you can see the list of mentors.

 

The process for the mentorship scheme is the following:

 

  1. YES contacts the potential mentors or they apply themselves with a CV on contact@yes.org.mk and sign a mentorship contract
  2. The companies submit a request for mentors
  3. YES finds a mentor that matches the request of the company (if a name is not specified) and connects him/ her to the company
  4. The mentor and the company arrange a place and time for the mentorship session and they must fill a signing form for mentorship session
  5. After the end of the mentorship session the mentor and the company must fill the evaluation of the mentorship programme.

 

*Each company can use maximum of 2 mentorship hours and each mentor will be engaged maximum 2 hours per month with different companies.
